List of Eligible Universities of Islamabad for PM Youth Laptop Scheme

This is the list of eligible universities from the Federal Area Islamabad. Now the students studying in the Public Sector Universities of Islamabad are considered eligible and will be selected for the provision of laptops to them in year 2014.

The students belonging to these universities will get laptops. All postgraduate students who are studying in any semester of M.Phil, MS, M.Sc. (Hons.) are considered eligible without any merit. These students will get laptops under PM National Laptop Scheme.

COMSATS Islamabad

Half of the students studying in under-graduate degree programs [B.Sc. (Hons.) and B.A. (Hons.)] of these universities will get laptops in year 2014. The merit will be formed by considering the list according to their academic record.

List of Eligible Universities of Islamabad

Fourteen universities are currently eligible under the Laptop Scheme 2014. The universities whose students are eligible to receive laptops from Islamabad are:

2. Air University, Islamabad
3. Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad
4. Bahria University, Islamabad
5. COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Islamabad
6. Federal Urdu University of Arts, Sciences & Technology, Islamabad
7. Institute of Space Technology, Islamabad
8. International Islamic University, Islamabad
9. National Defense University, Islamabad
10. National University of Modern Languages, Islamabad
11. Pakistan Institute of Development Economics, Islamabad
12. Pakistan Institute of Engineering & Applied Sciences, Islamabad
13. Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University, Islamabad
14. Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad
